This course used to be our two day transformation class. We have now packed this weekend class into an intense day of raw food enlightenment and ultimate learning experience. It is specifically designed to give you the you the information and know-how beyond the basics of raw food and for those ready to learn about the many benefits of incorporating raw food into your everyday lifestyle. It gives a detailed and thorough understanding of the many different areas of the raw food lifestyle and also covers many of the experiences that you are likely to encounter on your raw food journey. It’s an amazing life transforming day!
We also cover a lot of less talked about subjects such as the raw food journey. What to expect when your body is freed up of being overburdened by cooked foods, toxins, chemicals and allowed to start healing. The detoxification process that follows and healing crisis. These are all very important areas to know about before embarking on a life transforming experience. I show graphic examples of the importance of cleansing the digestive tract. This is a very strong motivator for most to really start the change process.
You will learn how to create delicious recipes using different techniques such as dehydration and sprouting. These techniques open up a whole new world of mouth watering, nutrient rich dishes that you’d never thought possible on raw foods. You will even learn to make your own raw chocolate. Yes, you can eat chocolate on raw and it is delicious!! The raw chocolate revolution has started!

Today, so many people are intolerant to dairy and are unaware of the alternatives. Andrew demonstrates how to make you own delicious tasting nut milks. If you thought the alternatives to milk where white watery substitutes you will be very pleasantly surprised.
Recipe Demonstrations
Andrew shows you how to make delicious Raw Food meals that will literally shock your taste buds into wanting more. More complex recipes including dehydration are also demonstrated and fully explained.

Andrew teaches you everything need to know about getting you own home sprout garden thriving to provide you with all the sprouts you need.

The detox and cleansing experience
Andrew covers many of the less talked about subjects here. People are unaware that when the body is given the opportunity, it can begin to heal and clean itself. What happens then, is that your body starts eliminating a lot of the toxins into your blood stream. We cover the detoxification process that follows and give you the knowledge to understand what is really going on.
We also show a multi-media presentation demonstrating the importance of intestinal cleansing. Not directly related to Raw Food, however the importance of intestinal cleansing is extremely important, especially when embarking on a life transformation. Although is not the most attractive of subjects, this is the area that usually motivates people to change the most.

We give a multi media presentation titled “The Bloody Truth’ showing the latest technologies currently available to give a powerful insight into your health. Presented are various live and dried blood examples to introduce you to the various conditions that are clearly visible and before and after blood images.
